For those wanting a "Formal" approach on teaching your witchlings about the Craft and all that belongs to it, I can only warmly recommend the "Witches Primer" by Lorin Manderly. She has only brought out Book one thus far - Grade one, and it is really well built up as a textbook.
Part One of the book is Who We Are and What we believe, where she goes through the deities, Circle of Life and holidays.
Part two goes through the topics of tools, rituals, elements, herbology, animal magick, divination, to name but a few.
It briefly introduces the Craft to the little ones and has a question section at the end of each chapter.
